Lizy and the purple team came out to do an initial deep clean on our house. They were fabulous. The work they did was more thorough than expected, and Lizy even double checked several times to make sure the cleaning was meeting my expectations. The house hasn’t smelled this clean since we moved in, and the kitchen (done by Sandra) and the bathrooms (by Jesi) were sparkling by the time they were each done. The house smelled fresh without having he overpowering smell of bleach/chemicals. Even though there was a billing question at the end of the visit, I have already had the opportunity to speak with Hank (the owner) and have a plan in place for discussing the issue. Once I got the main line to the Greensboro office, it has been much easier to talk directly to Hank and Maria. I’m hoping to use the purple team again in the future.
