In 2007, Hank and Maria Williamson purchased the franchise rights to expand The Maids to the Piedmont Triad market that includes Greensboro, High Point, Jamestown, Burlington, Whitsett, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, Kernersville, Winston Salem, Clemmons, Lewisville, and surrounding areas. The Williamsons were attracted to The Maids because of its position as the industry leader in quality, healthy home cleaning, its proven successful business model, and excellence in the leadership team.

Hank Williamson has extensive senior-level management experience in sales, customer service, and operations with premier companies including Pier 1 Imports, where he served as vice president of sales and store operations for many years, and Bassett Furniture Industries, where he served as vice president of corporate retail and retail operations.

Maria Williamson is co-founder and will assist in the management of the company. In addition to her primary responsibilities in parenting and homemaker, she was co-owner of Papel Express, a fine stationery company based in Fort Worth, Texas and for many years teaching Spanish at the middle school level.

At The Maids Serving the Triad, we work hard to provide you with the highest quality cleaning available.  Kelly Tran Costa is our office manager and the contact for our clients and sales consultant for new customers.  Audry Ramirez is our customer experience manager who leads our team leaders and assures we are delivering exceptional quality service. Our responsive leadership team supports our team leaders and our cleaning professionals.  Our team leaders are Meena Chhetri, Gaby Aguirre, Rosa Ledezma, Lorena Echeverria and Jaby Arellano and are here to help you and your family enjoy a cleaner, healthier home.
